50% Refund

If all universities reject your application, you receive a 50% refund of the Phase 1 activation fee (PKR 15,000).

  • Applies only if no admission offers received
  • Phase 2 application fee is non-refundable after submission
  • Phase 3 not applicable if no admission

Visa Rejection

50% Refund

If your visa is rejected by the Chinese Embassy, you receive a 50% refund of Phase 4 Stages B and C fees (PKR 65,000).

  • Refund applies to Stage B and C payments only
  • Stage A documentation fee is non-refundable
  • Valid only for first visa application attempt

If you withdraw or decide not to proceed after receiving admission, no refunds are provided.
